We have discovered that our cunning plan needs some minor modifications... Apparently you can't do a one way car rental with a tow hitch - which means we have to drive our car to LA before we can drive the camper across country. Cause for cancellation? Never! Mike, ever game for an adventure (he is planning to put a toe in the water at Wollaston beach and bring some sea water to Santa Monica where he will dip another toe) is now going to head out a week early and pick me up at the airport. Personally, I'm plotting all of the unique Pokemon I should be able to snag on this trip.
